Registration with an email account: When registering with your email account, you may be asked for your email address and, optionally, your name or other information for identification purposes within the Application.
Guest Access: If you choose not to register, no personal information will be requested.
2.2. Third-Party Information

Properties for Sale: The Application displays properties from ZHomes Real State and other brokers whose sale information is public. This information is obtained from an external API provided by SPARK, to which ZHomes pays a monthly fee. ZHomes does not store personal information of owners or buyers provided by other brokers or agencies; it only displays the public information regarding those listings.
3. USE OF INFORMATION
3.1. Personal Information

The Application does not store or share users’ personal data beyond what is described above. If you choose to register, your email address will be used solely to offer you a personalized experience (for example, reminders of saved searches, favorite properties, or previous inquiries).
3.2. Browsing Information

We may collect statistical usage data regarding the Application, on an anonymous basis, to improve functionality, performance, and user experience. These data are not associated with information that could personally identify you.
4. INFORMATION SHARING
ZHomes does not sell, rent, or commercialize users’ personal information to third parties.
We may share anonymous, aggregated, or non-personal data with trusted providers and partners for the purpose of improving our services and the Application’s functionality.
